returning any merchandise, please call our toll free number at 1-877-439-4287 to
receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). If an item is returned
without an Approval Authorization Number, it will be refused.
Please clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the box being returned.
Any returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and must include
original parts and accessories.
All items returned
must include the original packaging and the original or a copy of the original
handling is non-refundable.
Because of our low
mark up, a 15% restocking fee may be charged on all returned merchandise.

For your protection, we recommend you ship your return/exchange via an insured, traceable
carrier (i.e. UPS). ExpressDistributing.com cannot be responsible for
returned packages that are lost in the mail.
Once the returned item has been received by our warehouse a confirmations will
be sent via e-mail and a credit will be issued to your account. Unless a
return/exchange is based on a ExpressDistributing.com error we cannot refund
products are covered by the manufacturers warranty against defects. If an item
proves to be defective we can assist you in returning or exchanging the item
according to the terms of the manufacturers warranty. Replacement products for
items found to be defective will not be shipped until the defective item is
received and inspected. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the
